What can I say, a dream come true for me - and we cried with laughter - a fabulous afternoon matinee of A Midsummer Night's Dream at Shakespeare's New Globe! Rowan loved Bottom as the Donkey, Sarah loved the whole thing, Meg loved everything, Shea loved Pirius' death scene which lasted about 10 minutes.... we absolutely cried with laughter... the day was perfect, we had cold coffees, nuts and lots of water. A cool breeze blew throughout, buoying the large round moon/sun which hung over the stage. The tenor and the orchestra laid a medieval cast over all, what a fabulous day.
