QB: waterfalls, baby bunnies, white roses

Today was the first sunny day in Qualicum for a while, so we hopped in the car, stopped at QF for some saucissons and cheese and went to Little Qualicum Falls. Beautiful picnic and morning hopping around the river rock. The wild phlox and the green water were a beautiful combination :)

Here is Sherbert who is living under our front deck. He was very tiny and froze in place every time we caught him in the garden. He's eaten his way through the bottom of the hydrangea..... but he's so cute!

This is the new climbing white rose in our stone garden. It's glorious and very very fragrant!  Things are starting to come up in the veggie canoe - radish and lettuce are the first contenders. We've also planted peppers, cucumber, beans, peas, spinach, carrots and sweet peas. Come on sunshine!
