We barely escaped the fog to take advantage of our first sunny hour yesterday afternoon and drove to Silver Meadows Farm in Errington. What a lovely, bucolic setting. Lots of pumpkins of differing shades, shapes and possibilities :) A beautiful little store full of veggies and meats, all from the Farm. We zigged and zagged in the maze, agonized over which pumpkins to buy, and ended up buying them all! Nice to see something other than orange and naturally all-shaded from yellow, to white, to green to pumpkin orange. Lovely afternoon together, even had time to sit and, with the local heron, enjoy the little pond!
