On the ferry from Dover to Calais, I found an interesting book to read for the summer - 'Labyrinth' by Kate Mosse. I chose it because it was set in Carcassone. Little did I know that it is the biggest literary success of our whole region. Kate Mosse lives in Sussex and Carcassone and has written two books, both set here. It has been so fun to read about characters visiting Limoux and drinking Blanquette! I'll bring both books home to share. Bob's reading one right now. Kate was in Rennes-le-Chateau for a signing and we made our way there to meet her. 'Labyrinth' has been translated into 37 languages, quite a success story!
